NoProb Agency operates TrueToSize. For anything about your data write to hello@noprob.agency. When the assistant runs inside a merchant's store, that merchant is the controller of its customers' data and NoProb Agency processes it on the merchant's behalf.
The assistant never asks for payment details and never reads a shopper's account.
Product titles, descriptions, sizes and stock, through read only Shopify scopes. TrueToSize writes nothing to the store and creates no metafields. No store access token is kept: a short lived one is minted per request and held in memory only.
Product titles and descriptions are treated as data the model reads, never as instructions it follows.
Retention is a setting each merchant controls: conversations, contact requests and events each have their own limit in days. Open contact requests are never deleted automatically; handled ones age out on the merchant's schedule. Ask the merchant, or write to us, to know the limits in force for a given store.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data linked to you. Write to hello@noprob.agency naming the store you used and, if you have it, the approximate date of the conversation. We answer within 30 days.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which sections are read; Google sets its own cookies for that. If NoProb Agency enables Microsoft Clarity, Clarity sets its own cookies and records anonymised sessions. The booking popup loads a calendar from TidyCal, which handles the details you enter there under its own notice. The demo chat on this page runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing anywhere.
